Pink, Pink, Pink, Pink

Rose continues to dominate at our store when the weather is toasty.  From the salmon pink stuff in Provence to the ruby colored, spicy roses from Santa Barbara, it's all pretty damn good.  What do you prefer?

Friday Wine (&1 Beer) Tasting: Humble Ants

Friday Wine Tasting: Humble Ants

Friday, July 30th

5:30 - 8:30 pm

$15/person for 5 wines + artisanal cheeses from Auntie Em's

Tonight, we bring back an oldie (Brander), revisit some favorites (Scott Harvey/Fess Parker), and introduce a new malbec.  The winery name is a reference to a saying in Argentina "a job for ants" which is another way of saying, "stay humble and patient in your work."  Which is weird because 'cowineco' translates into 'be boastful, irrational and drunk'.

And finally we offer you a beer chaser in the Bear Republic Racer 5 IPA, our fastest growing beer @ cowineco.com.

wines

Bear Republic Racer 5 IPA

Brander Sauvignon Blanc, Santa Barbara, CA

Scott Harvey Barbera, Amador County, CA
